If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product that does not match the description on our website, please contact our support team at support@rockwheeler.com.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer support team at support@rockwheeler.com.
Make sure to include:- Your Order Number
- Registered Name & Contact Details
- Once your request is received, Rockwheeler will review and verify it within 48 working hours.
- If the request does not meet our return policy, Rockwheeler reserves the right to:
- Reject the return
- Take appropriate action in case of fraudulent claims
- Restrict future purchases from the customer
Before Accepting Delivery
When receiving your order, please ensure the outer packaging is intact.
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it.
- Immediately notify Rockwheeler customer support.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following points in mind:
1. Report Damages Within 48 Hours
For products damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.
2. Product Condition
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Free from any damage caused after delivery
3. Pickup or Self-Shipping
- Rockwheeler will arrange a pickup through our logistic partners.
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product within 24 hours of return approval. Actual shipping charges will be reimbursed along with your refund.
4. Secure Packaging
Ensure the item is well-packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
5. Inspection & Refund
Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it.
If approved:
- Refund or replacement will be initiated within 48 working hours.
- The final credit to your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Rockwheeler
Rockwheeler may cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:
- Product temporarily unavailable
- Expected delivery delays
- Payment issues
- Irregular or suspicious customer activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 48 working hours.
Order Cancellation by Customer
If the order is already processed or shipped, Rockwheeler reserves the right to decline the cancellation request.
Customers can request cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order.
After 4 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
If Rockwheeler has not processed or shipped the order yet, cancellation will be approved and a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: Plot no 20, nagar chowk ,sector 53, Faridabad, Haryana,121005.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plot no 20, nagar chowk ,sector 53, Faridabad,Haryana,121005.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
